Following an impressive appearance at VENUS Berlin 2026, Ronya Rabe is taking the next big step in her career: she is becoming the new editor-in-chief of the adult magazine HOT SLATE. But that’s far from the only news. Two new columns, exciting media projects, another DVD production and numerous live appearances show that Ronya is currently going from strength to strength. CASZIN has been following her journey for some time – and in July 2026, we even named her our CREATOR OF THE MONTH.

Ronya Rabe Takes Over as Editor-in-Chief of HOT SLATE

The news broke during this year’s VENUS Berlin: Ronya Rabe is becoming the new editor-in-chief of the well-known adult magazine HOT SLATE! She signed the contract for the senior editorial position during the trade fair. For Ronya, this marks the fulfilment of a long-held ambition.

“It has been my wish for a long time to run an adult magazine, and I am very grateful that the publisher has placed its trust in me for this position,” says Ronya.

The first issue under her leadership will be the March 2027 edition. However, readers won’t have to wait that long to get to know their new editor-in-chief. Ronya will already introduce herself in the upcoming issue, scheduled for publication on December 10, 2026. A new chapter is beginning for the magazine – and an exciting new challenge for Ronya, who will be able to bring her experience in the adult industry, her media presence and her journalistic skills to the role.

HOT SLATE: An Established Name in Adult Print Publishing

HOT SLATE is published by Berlin-based publisher CUTE AND DANGEROUS XXX. The magazine’s zero issue was unveiled on September 13, 2019, with the first regular edition following on January 31, 2020. Its concept combines interviews, erotic stories and extensive DVD reviews, targeting an adult readership.

HOT SLATE has made a name for itself particularly through its free print distribution model. The magazine is distributed through adult retail outlets and at selected industry events. VENUS Berlin and the Berlin Film Fair are among the places where readers can get their copies.

Behind HOT SLATE is CUTE AND DANGEROUS XXX, the adult division of the entertainment publishing house CUTE AND DANGEROUS, which has been active since 2013. Since 2017, the company has also been publishing magazines in the adult sector. In addition to HOT SLATE, its portfolio includes ADULT WORLD MEN ONLY.

The company has also expanded into talent management and represents numerous well-known personalities from the industry.

Looking Back: Mia Minou Took Over the Editorship in 2025

CASZIN has already reported on the previous change at the top of HOT SLATE. In October 2025, it was announced that Mia Minou would take over as editor-in-chief on November 1. She succeeded Liz Tyrious, who had led the magazine for two years.

Mia already had journalistic experience, including through her own podcast, “Kein Mädchen mehr”. She had also worked as a chief reporter for GERMAN ADULT NEWS at VENUS.

Her appointment was intended to bring fresh ideas and new momentum to the magazine’s editorial direction.

Now Ronya is taking over the baton. We are looking forward to seeing what ideas she brings to HOT SLATE and how she will develop the magazine’s editorial concept.

Two New Columns: TOP ROCKER and TO GO BERLIN

But the new editorial position is just one of several exciting developments. Ronya has also secured her own column in the renowned biker magazine TOP ROCKER. This gives her access to another audience beyond the traditional adult industry.

She will also become more visible in Berlin. The entertainment magazine TO GO BERLIN has given her a regular column as well. Starting next year, her video channel “Ronya unterwegs” (“Ronya on the Road”) will also become part of the publication’s content.

This is an interesting combination of print, video and personal reporting. Ronya is further expanding her position as a media personality, demonstrating that she wants to make her mark not only in front of the camera but also behind the microphone and in journalism.

A Busy VENUS 2026 as Chief Reporter and Stage Performer

This year’s VENUS Berlin was an incredible undertaking for Ronya. According to the press release, she had been close to giving up after VENUS 2025. Just one year later, she was practically impossible to overlook at the event.

She was not only present as a model but also served as VENUS’s official chief reporter, producing a wealth of content for the trade fair’s Instagram account.

Her schedule also included numerous shows at the CUTE AND DANGEROUS XXX booth, appearances on the Kinky Stage and, finally, a performance on the Main Stage.

There, she appeared alongside MIA MAY and the hard rock band RANDOM. With such a packed schedule, there was virtually no time to catch her breath.

CASZIN had already followed her journalistic development in the run-up to the event. In September, we reported on her appointment as the fast-paced chief reporter for VENUS 2026. Before that, in May, she had worked as a reporter for GERMAN ADULT NEWS at the Exquisit trade fair in Halle.

CASZIN Had Already Named Ronya CREATOR OF THE MONTH

Ronya is certainly no stranger to our readers. In July 2026, we featured her in an extensive interview and named her CASZIN CREATOR OF THE MONTH – JULY 2026.

In our in-depth interview, she spoke openly about her journey into the adult industry, personal challenges, her experiences with burnout and the difficulties of maintaining a presence on too many platforms simultaneously.

Ronya explained that she had initially been active on several platforms at the same time. However, this created considerable organisational challenges. Different usernames, recurring fans across multiple portals and content published at different times made it increasingly difficult to keep track of everything.

She also described how recommendations from so-called industry experts repeatedly sent her from one platform to another, without delivering the results she had been promised.

She spoke about people who wanted to earn money from her work without providing any meaningful contribution in return. The many platforms and the associated expectations eventually placed such a heavy burden on her that, towards the end of 2025, she once again found herself approaching a difficult personal situation.

Together with Oliver Williams and CUTE AND DANGEROUS XXX, she eventually developed a new strategy. Instead of trying to be everywhere at once, she decided to focus on selected platforms and build more sustainable professional relationships.

MyDirtyHobby and fansyme became important pillars of her online activities. Her close collaboration with Jenny Stella has also played an important role.

For Ronya, one of the most important things was rediscovering the enjoyment of her work and being able to rely on trustworthy partners. In our interview, she explained that her previous experiences with different industry contacts had made her cautious, but that she had quickly developed confidence in her new team.

From a Shy Girl from Magdeburg to a Confident Media Personality

Ronya’s personal story is also remarkable and perhaps helps explain why she is now active in so many different areas.

Ronya Rabe was born in 1993 and comes from Magdeburg, Germany. According to the biographical information in the latest press release, she was rather shy in her younger years. Repeated school changes, caused by school closures, meant that she constantly had to adapt to new people and unfamiliar situations.

Entering the adult industry became a turning point in her personal development. For the first time, she found a way to express her true personality more openly. She gained self-confidence, developed a stronger appreciation of her own body and embraced a positive attitude towards physical intimacy and sexuality.

Today, the Magdeburg native describes herself as communicative and full of life. She enjoys connecting with people and loves her life.

Her CASZIN interview also made it clear that she doesn’t want to be defined solely by erotic content. She wants people to see her as a complete person.

Her YouTube channel “Ronya unterwegs” is a good example of this. There, she deliberately shows a different, non-erotic side of her personality.

She wants to build relationships with her fans that go beyond purely erotic content. Communication on equal terms and genuine personal connections are particularly important to her.

This openness and her ability to connect with people are likely among the reasons why she is increasingly being entrusted with journalistic responsibilities.

New DVD: “Jetzt lass ich die Sau raus” – and the Next Production Is Already Underway

There is also news from the film side of her career. Ronya’s second DVD, titled “Jetzt lass ich die Sau raus”, was released at VENUS Berlin.

But there won’t be a long break. Filming for her next DVD production has already begun, with its release scheduled for May 2027.

This means she is continuing her work as a performer and with her own productions while simultaneously expanding her journalistic and editorial activities.

Meeting Ronya at FILMBÖRSE BERLIN on December 6

Anyone who would like to meet Ronya in person again this year will have the opportunity on December 6, 2026.
