Ninajoy has had years of upheaval, self-doubt, and hard work on herself. Today, she stands for discipline, self-determination, and a conscious approach to her body and freedom. She is now 24 years old and has been working as a creator since early 2021. She originally started training to work in banking but dropped out. “I realized early on that I wasn’t cut out for traditional structures,” she says in retrospect. “People kept putting obstacles in my way—at some point, I urgently needed to make a change.” She decided to become her own boss. In addition to OnlyFans, she looked for a second platform and came across 4based. Today, she works full-time as a creator—and has been doing so for five years now. “What sets me apart is my willpower. When I really want something, I see it through.”

She recently moved to Malta to really get started there. However, her journey to get there was not easy. Fitness did not start in her life for lifestyle reasons, but because of pain. Nine years ago, after a difficult breakup, she slipped into a phase of depression and severe discomfort with her own body. “At the time, I thought that if I was thinner and trained harder, I might be worth more. “

What began as exercise developed into an eating disorder. First anorexia, then bulimia—accompanied by excessive cardio training. “I would go out in the evening to make sure I walked 30,000 steps, just to burn enough calories.” Exercise became an escape—and the only time she felt in control. It took her five years to fundamentally change her relationship with food. A turning point came on New Year’s Eve a few years ago. “That’s when I decided to eat normally again and do more intensive strength training.” Instead of control through deprivation, she focused on strength through building.

Today, fitness is no longer self-punishment for her, but self-empowerment.

Sport makes me feel strong—both physically and mentally. I can’t imagine life without it anymore. Achieving my goals always gives me an extra boost of motivation. It’s simply part of my everyday life. I used to be very insecure and was bullied a lot. Sport—and also being a creator—has changed that incredibly.

She is currently enthusiastic about calisthenics, handstand training, and L-sits—new challenges motivate her. Today, she describes herself as confident and proud of her journey. Her community plays an important role in this. She shares a lot about her everyday life—including difficult phases. “When I’m feeling down, I still feel supported. I’m very grateful for that.” When asked what her followers particularly appreciate about her, she laughs: “I’m just me – authentic and natural.”

The path was not without conflict. Her parents were initially reluctant to accept her independence as a creator, and she even lost touch with some of her friends. “My parents have come to accept it now. And the friends who left were probably never real friends.”

A new start in Malta

Moving to Malta marks the beginning of a new chapter for her. “I want to settle here, build a new life for myself, and further expand my social media presence.” Her dream is clear: “To see the world—and eventually have a house by the sea with my family.” For her, financial independence means freedom above all else. “That I could just book a flight without thinking twice. That I’m not tied down, but can do whatever I want.”

From a body that was once a source of self-doubt to one that symbolizes strength—ninajoy’s story is less about fitness and more about personal development. It’s a story about control, letting go, discipline, and the courage to start over.
