By granting the “e-Money Institution” licence to Tantum AG, our customers actually have the option of storing credit securely in their wallet, comparable to a prepaid debit card. Users can top up their balance via various payment methods and then pay with just one click on the platforms we support. This variety of payment options in a single app makes TantumPay a comprehensive and flexible solution for online payments.

Another special feature is the identification associated with the payment. Can providers of erotic sites, for example, use an integrated solution consisting of TantumPay and TantumIdent for age verification and payment almost in one step?

Anyone offering erotic content on the Internet from Germany must install an age rating system that fulfils the requirements of the KJM (Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media). Across Europe, slightly different requirements have recently been imposed on so-called VLOPs and VLOSEs (Very Long Online Platforms or Search Engines) with more than 45 million monthly users in terms of the protection of minors. Does TantumIdent reconcile both regulations to a certain extent?
