Since the earliest cam sites, finding what you want has always worked the same way: you choose from a list someone else compiled. That changes today. Stripchat, the world’s leading adult live-streaming platform, has unlocked Magic Search for every user — and made the list optional. Simply enter your fantasy in one of more than 50 available languages into the search field, and the matching live rooms appear moments later.

With more than 150,000 models streaming every month, almost no request is too specific. The corresponding stream is probably live right now. Magic Search was built to find it. The numbers are already in. Since its beta launch in February 2026, Magic Search has processed more than two million queries. As of today, the feature is available to all users on the platform.

Real-world examples: “Trachten girl in a hot dirndl,” “Fitness girl in a hot bodysuit,” “Woman with bunny ears and a tiger blanket.” For each of these searches, Magic Search looks for live rooms that match the description — not just the nearest category. Research has shown that early users quickly embraced the freedom the feature offers. Their queries ranged from “cow roleplay” and “vampire woman” to “garden” and “pajamas.”

Searching the Way You Actually Think

Filters have always had their limits. Body type, hair color, outfit: useful, and they remain, but confined to the traits someone put on the list. A fantasy with three or four elements — or one no one anticipated — stood no chance.

Stripchat’s computer-vision technology recognizes what is happening in public live shows and makes it searchable, so a description can find the room even when no category fits. A single query can combine an outfit, a prop, and a room setting that no individual category covers.

“Search should feel like magic: you describe the room and there it is. That’s exactly what our search does, which is why we called it ‘Magic Search,’” says Straight.

It also works in more than 50 languages. A description entered in German or Japanese is translated before the search and works just as well as one entered in English.

A smarter search has been promised in the industry for some time.
