Lena Nitro is one of the big names in the German erotic business. She has been a successful performer for years and has worked with countless renowned producers. Today, she is very active on social media, among other things, but also runs her own online shop. She spoke openly with CASZIN about how she got to where she is today, what problems can arise in a career like hers and what she advises women who want to get into the business.

Bernhard Bradatsch: Lena, I’m particularly pleased that we can talk a little about your career today. We’ve known each other for a really long time. Some time ago, I had the pleasure of shooting you in Prague and Mallorca, among other places. Working with you was a lot of fun back then, when you were still more or less at the beginning of your career. A lot has happened since then. But first things first: How did you manage to become one of Germany’s top erotic stars without a doubt?

I owe my current fame to a lot of hard work and diligence. I have continuously built up my name Lena Nitro over the years. Very important: social media! Profiles on Instagram or X are extremely helpful and shouldn’t just be about eroticism. I I also like to post everyday things and my fans into my life. That’s how I’ve gained a lot of loyal fans who regularly read my posts and help my profiles to achieve a corresponding reach.

Bernhard Bradatsch: Lots of fans on social media are always a great endorsement. But at the end of the day, do they also help you achieve more sales?

Lena Nitro: Absolutely! On the one hand, this also results in collaborations with very different companies, for example, whose products or services I can then advertise effectively. These can be manufacturers of underwear or clubs, for example, for which I then film clips myself and put them online. I also run a shop myself where my fans like to shop.

Bernhard Bradatsch: That sounds interesting. What kind of shop do you have and what exactly do you offer there?

Lena Nitro: That’s very different. But the most important thing is my worn clothes. Many people are crazy about them. Interestingly, it’s often everyday clothes. For example, a jumper or my favourite pyjamas. Of course, underwear such as knickers also plays a big role. These are then sent directly to the fans.

I was and still am in front of the cam, but that is absolutely the exception for me. I’d much rather do video shoots at cool locations on commission or market the clips myself afterwards. I was under contract with Fundorado for a while. Now I do individual shows in front of the cam at longer intervals, which I announce to my fans in advance and who then remain loyal to me.

My advice to newcomers: Stand by what you do, don’t do it secretly, that way you avoid unpleasant surprises. And choose your partners and agencies carefully! And very important: everyone is beautiful in their own way! There is no such thing as ‘too big’, ‘too small’, ‘too fat’ or ‘too thin’. Be self-confident and do your thing!

Bernhard Bradatsch: A lot of popularity and success, especially in the erotic industry, sometimes unfortunately also brings negative experiences. Have you also had such experiences?

Lena Nitro: Unfortunately, yes. Firstly, I have to say that envy is more common in the industry than you might think. I’ve seen colleagues harm each other several times. That’s why: Inform yourself well, for example on the subject of youth protection. Professional advice in advance can be cheaper than any damage that may occur later. I had to make this painful experience myself. When you sign contracts, take a very close look at them and your partners. Who has been with them for how long, how reputable are they and what recommendations do they have? That is very important! I have also had to deal with the issue of stalking. It’s a broad spectrum and can range from insults to ‘doorbell games’ at the front door to more massive forms such as firecrackers on the balcony. The only way to get a grip on the problem is to deal with it openly and possibly have a direct discussion.
