Introducing the alibi agency for the adult entertainment industry would be like carrying coals to Newcastle. Stefan Eiben founded the agency 26 years ago and has been running it ever since. He creates freedom, offers discretion, and devises plausible scenarios to explain hidden activities. Those who go to the alibi agency can reliably hide their job in the adult entertainment industry, private and business meetings, or even the occasional leisure activity from those around them.
Founder and operator Stefan Eiben is also well known in the adult business. He presented the Alibi Agency in its early stages, for example at VENUS in Berlin, later at Eurowebtainment in Mallorca, and also at the legendary “Insidertreff” in Suderbruch. Over the years, the agency has grown into a company with a large staff of employees with a wide range of qualifications, offering an enormous customer base an increasingly important product in a highly professional manner: privacy. There are also branches in other countries; CASZIN introduced the Alibi Agency in Austria in 2023.
The business model includes a professionally managed media presence. Stefan Eiben has been a guest on countless talk shows, given insightful interviews to a wide variety of publications, and appeared on numerous podcasts. He has now decided to place his project in Germany in capable hands so that he can focus on establishing Alibi Agency USA with a partner.
CASZIN spoke with Stefan Eiben about his motivations, plans, and expectations for the new owner(s):
Bernhard Bradatsch:
After 26 years, you have decided to look for a successor for your Alibi Agency in Germany. You want to focus on your new project, Alibi Agency USA. Isn’t such a change also associated with a little melancholy ?
Stefan Eiben:
Melancholy and joy. Alibiagentur Deutschland is simply the mother ship. This is where it all began, and it has changed my life significantly. After 26 years, I have a lot of passion invested in it—and a ton of stories. But honestly, it doesn’t feel like “goodbye,” but rather like “the next step.” I’m leaving it in good hands because the idea behind it is bigger than one person – and I want to free up my mind and time for expansion in the US. Melancholy? Anticipation prevails. Especially during the last few months with the many interview and podcast requests, I realized that because of where I live in southern Spain, I can’t do everything I would like to. A suitable person or team in Germany would be advantageous. And besides, I’ll never be completely gone, but will still be there to support.
Bernhard Bradatsch:
We’ve known each other for a really long time. I remember Venus and the legendary meetings in Suderbruch over 20 years ago, followed by Eurowebtainment in Mallorca.
That was primarily about the adult industry. Has the Alibi Agency had a certain affinity for this industry from the beginning, and perhaps also customers from various areas of the industry?
Stefan Eiben:
Yes, how time flies 🙂 We’ve known each other for over 20 years now, and it’s great that we’ve stayed in touch. Back then—VENUS, Suderbruch, later Mallorca with Eurowebtainment—it was one thing above all else: a huge network of movers and shakers, media people, and entrepreneurs. And yes, when you’ve been in the market for so long, you automatically come into contact with many industries – including adult entertainment.
But: The agency was never “erotic” – it was always about discretion, organization, and freedom management in the background. Our clients came and come from all walks of life: OnlyFans models, dominatrixes, escorts, but also tradespeople, doctors, self-employed people, executives, artists, just normal everyday people. The common denominator is not the industry – but the desire to keep things clean, discreet, and stress-free. Especially in the adult entertainment industry, double lives and secrets are not uncommon. We protect both the job and the needs. The world is smaller than you think – but the reasons why people need freedom are pretty universal.
Bernhard Bradatsch:
Over the years, you have run the Alibiagentur very successfully with a large staff, and you yourself have often appeared in the media and on talk shows. Won’t potential successors have very big shoes to fill?
Stefan Eiben:
The foundation is expertise, processes, knowledge of human nature, and a functioning system. A good successor doesn’t have to copy me—quite the contrary. I would even consider it beneficial if someone brought their own style to the table: more modern, perhaps more digital. It is important that they internalize the idea and can confidently carry it forward. Anyone who is only interested in the spotlight and earning a lot of money is in the wrong place. Those who come for responsibility and creativity are exactly right.
Bernhard Bradatsch:
You often emphasize that the Alibi Agency is all about creating freedom. Your successors should also adopt this approach. And they should also have a special understanding of the needs of customers. That sounds like a task that is not suitable for everyone.
Stefan Eiben:
That’s right. This isn’t a job for people who see everything in black and white or are quick to judge. You need empathy, genuine tolerance, absolute discretion, and the ability to read between the lines. And you have to be able to handle stress, because clients often don’t call when everything is relaxed—they call when there’s a crisis.
But if you like to build solutions, stay calm, and really want to help people, you’ll find a job here that gives your life a surprising amount of meaning.
Bernhard Bradatsch:
What other expectations do you have of your successors?
Stefan Eiben:
I’m not looking for an “administrator,” but rather someone who is highly motivated to further develop the project. Ideally:
- Already a successful entrepreneurial mind
- Discretion: Not as a marketing buzzword, but as an attitude.
- Understanding human nature: being able to listen without judging.
- Creativity and pragmatism: good ideas – but always realistic to implement.
- Communication: friendly, confident.
- Responsibility: Team leadership, reliability, no ego project.
And very importantly, I will not rush my decision. My successor must enjoy the work. A team or a couple would also be welcome. The experience, the network, and all the opportunities are there. And I myself will always be happy to remain on hand in an advisory capacity. I am looking for someone who turns discretion into trust—and trust into genuine relief.
Bernhard Bradatsch: Stefan, thank you very much for the open and informative conversation! I wish you all the best for your new project in the USA and your successor(s) in Germany continued success with the Alibi Agency.
