Berlin, September 2026. MyDirtyHobby is celebrating its birthday \u2013 and the community is celebrating with it. With the MDH Birthday Creator Challenge, Germany\u2019s leading amateur community is launching a social media contest on 10 September 2026 in which the platform\u2019s creators compete with their own birthday content for a prize of \u20ac2,000. The competition will be decided where it takes place: on social networks and by the fans themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All creators on MyDirtyHobby are eligible to take part. Between 10 September and 1 October 2026 they post birthday-related content on X, TikTok, Instagram and\/or Facebook and tag it with the hashtag #HappyBirthdayMDH. Whether it\u2019s a congratulatory clip, a throwback to their early days, a photo series or a creative birthday staging \u2013 the format is deliberately left open. Multiple posts and the use of several channels are expressly encouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Only the community\u2019s reaction counts: the post with the most likes during the contest period wins \u20ac2,000. The decision therefore does not rest with a jury, but with the fans. The winner will be announced on 7 October 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With this campaign, MyDirtyHobby combines its own anniversary with a tangible benefit for the community: creators gain additional reach on their own channels, while the platform expands its visibility across the social web. The contest thus joins a series of initiatives with which MyDirtyHobby is deliberately promoting activity, content production and community growth in 2026. The guiding principle is clear: this is not a campaign imposed over the heads of the creators, but an action that puts them centre stage and lets them benefit directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
