Ruxandra, we already spoke two years ago about the Bucharest Summit and its history. In the meantime, you can already look back on nine years of experience with this event. During this time, it has become an important fixture and meeting point for the European industry. How did you manage to develop such an internationally significant hotspot for the industry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think it came from consistency and from listening to the industry every year. Bucharest Summit was never created as only a conference or only a party. It was built as a place where people can meet, learn, do business and also enjoy the social side of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, we understood what studios, platforms, models, creators, agencies and service providers needed from an event. We kept adapting the format, the agenda and the networking opportunities around those needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes me proud is that people come to Bucharest because they know they will meet the right people here. That trust was built year after year.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Besides the Bucharest Summit, you also organize other events on topics such as crypto and AI. Both have meanwhile become highly relevant for the adult business as well. Are there any \u201ccross-effects\u201d or overlaps between these industries?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, there are many overlaps. The adult industry has always been fast in adopting new technologies, especially when it comes to payments, privacy, creator monetization, traffic and online tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crypto is relevant because the industry works internationally and needs flexible payment solutions. AI is becoming even more present, from content planning and translations to editing, fan communication, marketing and performance tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizing events in crypto and AI helps us understand these changes earlier and bring the right topics to Bucharest Summit.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

How has the event changed in terms of content? In the past, the focus was very much on live cams and studios \u2013 today many other areas have been added, such as creators, fan pages, affiliates, AI, traffic, and much more. Was this a conscious strategic decision?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was both a strategic decision and a natural reaction to the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live cams, studios and models are still a very strong part of Bucharest Summit, but the industry has changed. Many models are now also creators, brand owners and social media personalities. Studios work with fan platforms, content production, traffic, AI tools and creator management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So the agenda had to grow with the industry. That is why Bucharest Summit 2026 includes topics such as earnings, taxes, AI tools, fanbase growth, platform rules, studio development and the connection between cam and fan platforms.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Networking is a central element of the event \u2013 how important is personal exchange today in an increasingly digitalized industry, and what makes the Bucharest Summit special in this regard?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal exchange is still one of the strongest parts of business. We all work online, but trust is built much faster face to face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this industry, relationships matter a lot. Many deals start from a conversation at a table, after a panel, at a private dinner or during a party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New platform models are also changing how creators build their careers. Some focus on cam platforms, some on fan platforms, and many use both. My advice is simple: if you work in this industry and want to grow, you should be in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
